On May 19, we had the first meeting, to present the Onii. In the Initial Chat, they kept the company's name confidential, as they only wanted to understand how Onii worked in relation to “new businesses” and store options dedicated to a certain product.

After the meeting, they really liked our ideas and our technology and revealed their dilemma

 

The owners of the Blue Supplements network, a network of gyms with more than 100 units spread across Brazil and more than 30 types of classes offered, were about to launch their own brand of supplements, but they had no expertise in sales. How to sell? How do you know who bought it? How to understand our profits? Number of sales? Physical store?
They had a sales target of R$ 1,500/month.

The solution that Onii presented:

Create a fully customized display following a standard gym layout but making a cross with the new Blue Supplements brand. The supplements would be sold through the Onii app, with the option of paying through the POS card machine and we would offer BI power, so they could have a 360º view of sales, including customer data.

In the middle of the proposal evaluation process, the client asked if it was possible to have personalized coupons for each personal trainer. With this they would give it to their students and earn a commission from the sales of the sold supplements. Within two weeks, Onii developed and presented the solution to them.

The results achieved:

The customers satisfied with the proposal accepted the challenge and in September they started the operation with a pilot at the BLUE FIT unit — RUA MARA ANTÔNIA 162 — VILA BUARQUE. The idea was to analyze the development and evolution in 3 months to follow or decline the project.

In the first month, sales doubled the target set by the customer, exceeding all expectations and continuing in the second month. That's when the client didn't have to wait 3 months to start 11 more parallel operations in the São Paulo region, with prospects for another 50 gyms in 2023.
